Where do you ship to?
We ship domestic and internationally. If you don't see a shipping option right for you, just reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will always receive a tracking number for your orders!
When will I receive my order?
Standard shipping can take 5-7 business days within the US, and 2-3 weeks for international shipping depending on your location. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing time.
If we anticipate a longer lead time for a specific item, we'll let you know in the item description. If you have any questions, just email us at email@example.com or get in touch using our contact form.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email confirmation when we ship your order with your tracking number. You can also track your order using the Track Button on our home page.
If you are offered insurance, but do not accept it, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
What is your return policy?
All sales of food or consumable items are final - no exceptions. We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days for non-food or non-consumable items. Returned product must be received in new and unused condition.
