Where do you ship?
Currently, Sun Bay Foods only ships within the United States.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and will vary, based on the order size and shipping location.
Orders shipped to the 48 contiguous United States with a subtotal over $35 qualify for free shipping. These orders will be shipped with Standard Economy Shipping which may take 7-9 business days to arrive after it is shipped. If you need your order sooner, please select a faster option at checkout.
When will I receive my order?
Standard shipping can take 5-7 business days within the US, and 2-3 weeks for international shipping depending on your location. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing time.
How can I track my order?
When we ship your order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Please double-check the shipping address entered at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you realized that you entered the wrong address after checking out, please reach out to us immediately at help@sb-organics.com, and we will update the address for you if your order has not shipped out yet.
If your tracking information says "delivered," but you have still not received your package, we advise checking in with everyone at the residence, leasing/management office, and local post office. If you still cannot locate the package, please email us at help@sb-organics.com.
What is your return policy?
Given the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final – no exceptions.
If you received the incorrect item or if your item is spoiled/defective, please reach out to us at help@sb-organics.com with your order number and a photo of the product. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to respond.
