Where Do You Ship?
Sun Bay Foods currently ships within the United States only.
How Much Will Shipping Cost?
Orders shipped to the 48 contiguous United States with a subtotal over $35 qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders under $35 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. Faster shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.
When Will I Receive My Order?
- Processing: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Standard shipping: 5-7 business days after processing.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package through the carrier's website.
What If I Entered the Wrong Address?
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@sunbayfoods.com — we can update it if the order has not yet shipped.
What If My Package Was Lost or Stolen?
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with others at your residence, your building management, and your local post office. If you still can't locate it, email us at hello@sunbayfoods.com and we'll help resolve the issue.
